I have stared watching some Home and Garden channel shows on the internet. My favorite designers are the ones who can paint murals and such on walls and most anything. I decided to do some painting. I wanted to start on the wall in my basement, but my parents wouldn’t permit it, so I am constricted to canvases.

From bitter cold weather and a Saturday by myself at least came a photo. (Special thanks to Cecilia for real European input.)
I had an amazing 50’s party at my house. We played croquet, made bookmarks, had scrumptious outdoor tea and cakes, and had a dancing contest. I decorated the table with flowers from our garden and borrowed an outdoor canopy to go over the table. Everyone dressed in 1950’s skirts and dressed up in a hat from my hat collection. Along with my new interest in photography, I have recently become a fan of vintage hats and gloves. A friend of my mom (Thank you Mrs. Johnson) gave me 12 vintage hats and three pairs of gloves. Below is a slide show of my collection.

For each and every one of us kids, mom (or dad depending on boy or girl) will take us on a weekend trip when we are twelve. I went to a bed and breakfast near Madison and went to the House On The Rock. We had lots of fun and the Bed and Breakfast was really beautiful. Here is the slide show of the trip.
